01

Information we collect

We receive your GitHub profile details when you sign in, including your handle, avatar, email address, and GitHub account ID.

We also collect account settings, plan and payment records, support messages, and basic service logs such as IP address, device type, access time, and resource use.

02

How we use it

We use this information to create and secure your account, operate your computer, process payments, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

We do not sell personal information or use the contents of your computer to train AI models.

03

Your files and sessions

Your files and terminal sessions remain on your assigned computer. Authorized staff access them only when you ask for support, when needed to protect the service, or when the law requires it.

04

Sharing and storage

We share information only with vendors that help us run hosting, payments, authentication, email, and support, or when required by law. They may use it only to provide those services.

We keep account information while your account is active and for a limited time after closure when needed for security, tax, dispute, or legal duties.

05

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can also object to or limit some processing where local law gives you that right.

Send a request to privacy@justcomputer.example. We may need to verify your identity first.
