Info Terms

Clear terms.
No fine print.

These example terms explain the basic rules for using a Just computer cloud computer.

Example · Updated September 1, 2026

01

Using the service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. Keep your account and SSH credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your computer.

Use the service only for lawful work. Do not misuse shared infrastructure, interfere with other users, distribute malware, or attempt unauthorized access.

02

Your computer and content

You keep ownership of the code, files, and other content that you place on your computer. You give us only the limited rights needed to host, protect, and deliver the service.

You are responsible for your content and for keeping any backup that your work requires.

03

Plans and payment

Paid plans renew each month until canceled. Prices, taxes, and included resources appear before purchase. You can cancel before the next renewal date to stop future charges.

We may limit or suspend a computer when payment fails or its use puts the service at risk.

04

Availability and changes

We work to keep computers available, but no online service is uninterrupted. We can change features when needed to improve security, reliability, or the product.

For a material change to these terms, we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect.

05

Ending service

You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or creates a material risk. When service ends, access to the computer and its data can end too.

06

Liability and contact

The service is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, Just computer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any total liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the previous three months.
